I LOVE AMERICA AND I AM SOOOOO PROUD OF OUR MEN AND WOMEN. NO MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL YOUR JOB MAYBE ALL OF YOU ARE DOING WHAT OUR COMMANDER IN CHIEF HAS COMMANDED AND I THANK ALL OF YOU. AND YES I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE AN AMERICAN PEN PAL JUST SO YOU CAN HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT’S GOING ON AT HOME AND ALSO THAT I MAY BE ABLE TO GIVE WHAT ENCOURAGE I MAY BE ABLE TO PROVIDE. LOTS OF LOVE AND APPRECIATION. B.
I would like to become a penpal with a soilder that is currently station in Iraq. It would be a honor to chat with soilders over seas. Thanks for standing up for our great states in the USA
with much love
First, let me wish all of the blessings of Jesus Christ, and the protection of His Father to you all.
Each & every one of you have thousands if not millions of people that you don’t even know praying for you. Many are praying right now. We do this, brothers and sisters, because we love you and appreciate everything that you do for your country. Most of all,we want you home.
It would be a great honor, and you would provide an inspiring service to our church if any of you would like to participate in the “soldier salute” campaign that I am launching right now via this blog.
What does it cost? What do I do?
For the low low price of 1 e-mail to me(include your name, hometown, branch, rank, where you are stationed, and any personal thoughts you would like to share,a picture would also be wonderful)you will have the security of having over 400 brothers and sisters praying for you on any given Sunday. Wait! There’s more…
You will be honored, along with other brothers and sisters that respond,in a portfolio that will be on display in the church’s library. Sound too good to be true? Wait there’s more…
You will always be welcome and at home with us if you ever choose to visit.
Why are we doing this? Why did God send his only begotten Son to his death? Out of LOVE FOR YOU!!!
We only require that you accept Jesus Christ as the Son of God, be witness that he is YOUR savior, and be baptized. Just think,if you have already done this there is no waiting.
So act now. We really want to support you during these tough times. Remember all it costs is an e-mail to bobbyj7469@hotmail.com. I will reply with our church’s information and a personal message from me. If you would like I will also send you the entire morning service in which you are honored FREE! This deal is so good you’d think it was sinful… Exactly the opposite, its out of the love of our savior to you. I look forward to all of your e-mails,don’t be shy. That’s at bobbyj7469@hotmail.com.

If for just one moment that the world could find peace within and that all who have faced death are truly in heaven and those who are are still on wars ground can be blessed with a guardian angel and that the Lord can lay his hand upon soil of the unjust, the unwanted, I sit here on American soil thanking each and every one of our soldiers for the act of bravery not understood unless, you have experienced it in a soldiers boots, I truly with all my heart pray for a safe journey back to your famalies and loved ones, back here, where your two feet once stood, where ones heart only knew joy, tenderness, and solitude…I bless you all!

I found this site (and intend to post it in my club on Bolt.com) because I wanted a way to tell everyone, how very proud I am that I am an American, and that right now there are American Soilders fighting for me. Thank you sounds so dumb, and although I have sent backpacks/carepackages, I feel like you deserve so much more! Please remember why you signed on, please remember how many people love, support, and need you, and finally, please know that there is an 18 year old californian native who became inspired by an American troop sent to defend another man’s fight! Hello! I am a young widowed mother of a beautiful little girl. I just have to say that I am so proud of the job that our soldiers are doing to protect us from harm. My husband was killed doing his job. I am looking for anyone who would just like to write, and connect with someone from the states. Take Care and stay safe!
I really want to write directly to one of our soldiers in Iraq. Seems it isn’t so easy to do though. I have recently been told that I can’t go back to work and want to do something to occupy my mind and time. I was married to a vietnam vet who died in 2000. Life is lonely and I have a lot of encouraging words to share. Please help if you can.

I was interested in corresponding with the troops in Iraq, because at this time of year I’m sure they are missing home A LOT. I think it’ll be good for their morale and I’d be more than willing to brighten someone’s day and maybe give someone something to laugh about. They have a serious job and they should be commended. These men are heroes. So I would love to have a pen pal from the other side of the world. It would be an honor.
Being the sister of a Vietnam Veteran, I’m fully aware of the harshness that can sometimes be projected towards a war that is not fully understood. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you over seas fighting for our rights and freedoms here on the home land. If any of you need a penpal, I’m here. I’ve never had a penpal before, but will be willing to give it a try. Hopefully it will help to relieve a little loneliness that I know must exist in your hearts. I believe it’ll change my life and spirits as well. …Della in Alabama

My son and nephew have both served in Iraq–my 23-year-old nephew lost his left leg; I am also a minister who began a 30-day fast on Sunday, at the 3rd anniversary memorial, in support our troops and to protest the handling of the war. We need peace and a strategy to get our people home sooner than later.
I would be happy to email servicemen/women who could use the support.

Dear God Our Father,
I ask that you build a hedge of protection around each soldier fighting in this war. I ask that you bless their families, keep them emotionally, spiritually, physically, and financially during this time that their loved one is away. I pray to you for their safe return and an easy adjustment to life as they left it. I also pray for our president and the choices he makes. I don’t know if he knows who you are for himself Lord, but I ask that you make your presence know to him. Let him know that You are the one in charge. Please God if there are any soldiers who do not know you, I ask right now that you come into their hearts, shower them with your love and protection. I count it done, in your wonderful son Jesus Christ’s name, AMEN.

I am a sixth grade language arts teacher in Macon, GA. I teach childern with emotional problems and learning disabilities. My children and I would like to corrospond -by snail mail so we can collect the stamps and they can get the thrill of a real leeter- with two different soldiers in Iraq and/or Afghanistan. The letters will contain information about what they are studying, what sports they are playing, movies, etc. They are very interested in learning about life in foreign countries and have plenty of questions. There will be no inappropriate remarks. They are truly wonderful children so really want to do this.
I hope one or two of you will decide to corrospond with us. It would excite them so and give you something to look forward to also.
My email address is: moneal.howard@bibb.k12.ga.us

For any soldier in Iraq:
I am constantly reminded how brave you are for pushing through your fear every time and doing what needs to be done. I would think that the lives the war is taking would be so hard to see. Please know that I support you personally , although I wish that so many people did not have to suffer. I am humbled by your sacrifices and I pray for your safe return and that you accomplish what you are there to do. As a soldier I know that you must want to be successful .
Good luck to you

Happy Holidays to all of you who have chosen to take the stand for our country, America. Anyone, here at home, who is not proud and honored for what you are doing does not deserve to be called an American. I have a tasty treat I would like to send to someone, but under the new rules I must have an enlisted soldier’s name and address to be able to send it. Just a little taste of home for the holidays. Please take time to send me your full name and address and I will be happy to send you a treat. If I receive more than one name and address, who knows, I may send more than one tasty treat. Be safe. God speed coming home. All of you are always in our thoughts.
Happy Holidays to all the brave men and women in active duty overseas. I have been trying for about 2 years to find a way to get a penpal to write to the soldiers protecting our butts while risking your own lives. I’m a great listener, I will respond, letter or e-mail. If there is something you need, I’ll try to get it to you. If a fellow soldier does not have any contact from home, please let me know and I will send greetings. My family loves to spread happiness and cheer to everyone. Please respond with your name and address and/or that of a friend. Keep your head low, spirits high, and make it home safe and sound.

I cant honestly say that I know very much about what is going on in the war today. I could read the paper or read articles on the internet but chances are that I wont get any truth out of it. It may seem like a negative way to look at the media but I cant see it any other way. now you have to pick a news station based on your democratic party. shouldn’t it be covered the same by every station, shouldn’t there be the same story on every channel? reguardless of what the media says or neglects to say I am so proud of all of our troops. those men and women bring honor to their country. the president has failed us in so many ways, the most important failure being the unneccessary time and lives we have spent fighting this war…this does not take away from the troops. every day that I get to wake up safe in my home it makes me want to hug you, all of you. there is no way that I could do what you all are doing even though I believe so strongly in the importance of the task. you are all commendable individuals and we as a country are lucky to have you. I hope that in your next opportunity for glory it is for a more justly cause lead by someone worth fighting for. I wish all of you safety while you are over there and I wait anxiously for your return.

P.S I do infact support Bush!

He was stationed in Hawaii and when he went back he was in a motorcycle accident that took his life, at the age of 21. If any U.S soldier would like to talk, I’d be happy to talk, I miss not being able to email him. It would be cool if he was a medic…but whatever you all protect us and i’m very grateful…love you all-stay stafe-have a safe trip back

God Bless You All,
Shannen

Hello,
I am a sixth grade language arts teacher in Macon, GA.

Happy Holidays!
